David Holt, President
David Holt, owner of R.P. Management, Inc., is a Master Property Manager (MPM), a Residential Management Professional (RMP), a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a former national president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and a current national instructor for NARPM. In additions, his background as a licensed realtor, broker, and building contractor and investor of rental homes himself adds considerably to his expertise in residential property management.
Todd Breen, Vice President
As President of Home Property Management, Todd Breen brings a wealth of experience to his clients. While studying in high school and college, Todd worked as a handyman for the company from 1978 to 1985. Graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a BS in Business Administration in 1985, Todd became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and worked as a property manager until 1993 when he purchased the company.
His outsourcing company VirtuallyinCredible provides call center support, admin and video services to hundreds of management firms across the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
As an Instructor for the Property Management Academy and a conference speaker and trainer, Todd speaks regularly on property management at national conferences globally. He consults property management offices on systems, marketing and procedures.
Brad Larsen, Secretary
Brad Larsen was born and raised in Iowa – his parents were both school teachers. He graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM and was commissioned as a 2LT in the US Army Infantry in 1996. He then graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa in 1998. He was able to earn a baseball scholarship for both schools as a shortstop. Brad later earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix in San Antonio, TX in 2011. After serving on active duty in the Army as an officer in the Infantry, Brad left the military as a Captain in 2002 and moved to San Antonio to pursue his interests in real estate. He has been managing single family homes since 2004. Brad is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Brad has been licensed since 2003 and has earned top honors in real estate to include the Platinum Top 50 award for agents in San Antonio. Brad is married to Leah Larsen and has two children.
Kevin Knight, Treasurer
After serving in the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, Kevin started his career in real estate in 1982. He received his Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1994.
In 2004, he purchased Liberty Management from his father, Don Knight, and has continued the integrity and professionalism that his father built the business on. Also in 2004, Kevin was awarded the Residential Management Professional designation (RMP) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
In 2005, The San Antonio Board of Realtors® named Kevin the Property Management Specialist of the Year. In addition, Kevin has served as the 2005 and the 2007 President of the San Antonio NARPM Chapter of Residential Property Managers in San Antonio.
In 2008, Kevin served as the Chairman of the Property Management Committee at the San Antonio Board of Realtors®.
In 2009 Kevin received his Master Property Manager designation (MPM) from the Nation Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). This is the highest designation a property manager can receive.
